We are experiencing a lot of garrisions changing nationality - Madrid being Prussian, Damascus french Hanover (but Hanover is conq) and Prussian Köngisberg and Danzig labelled Freiburg and Luxemburg.

What is going on? We are zipping files when sending them. Is this whats causing inaccuracies and how do we move on from here?)

Can you guys give me some more details such as when this is happening?
I've looked at this game and there are some things that look wierd BUT I would like to get a turn file that would cause this or get the game to a point where we can catch a garrison moving.

Marshall, thanks for your answer,
I guess it started to manifest during Jenuary Naval phase, but I am not sure it was not there earlier...

What files do you need exactly? I could make a .zip file with our setup and all our turn files, if needed.

If you load a turn file that moves a garrison from point A to point B (i.e. Konigsberg to MAdrid) then send my your saved game and the turn file. At that point I can load the game and watch the turn file load step by step.

I'm the poor spanish who see the garison of Madrid and Cadiz turn to Prussia one [:(]

But, at the same time : I have 3 or 4 garisons in France [8|]
The spanish France invasion begins [;)]  .............in january 1805.

praem -> RE: Garrisons changing nationality in PBEM (1/15/2008 9:33:06 PM)

The first garrison we noticed changed was the Turkish in Damascus. Some time from the Turkish land to the Prussian Land, Prussian, French and Spanish garrisons changed as well - i'm not sure when exactly

Having truble uploading all the file due to size.

The french player continued to the diplo-phase, where all french garrison (marked as Spanish) disapeared. The Spanish and french turns included - I gues they may tell u what is going on...

OK - Prussia noticed the main problem happened when loading the Austrian turn, so here is the Turkish and Austrian Land.
