Hi all, I would like to start a new EIANW pbem with active experienced players, anyone interested?
Ideal player profile:
1. You have some EIA experience (essential for playing GB or France).
2. You Have your mailbox open much of the time, i.e., you normally can find that 5m from work to
send out your move. Slips game of activity are of course allowed (just warn if you are
going on holiday, with family, busy with work, out for we, etc.) so I do not want to enforce
any time limit. But in good times we should aim at a cruising speed of 1/2 game months
per week if we have hopes of finishing a game in a couple of years.
Patches: Start from 1.01
Options:
* Ships cannot move past Constantinople unless given premission by the Major Power controlling Constantinople or due to Forceable Access - Bug Fix

The following options will be chosen in play:
* Crossing Arrows - All Crossing Arrows on the map will be available.
* Winter Land Movement - Enabled
* Guard Commitment - Enabled
* Allow Option Changes During game - Enabled
* Third party Combat System - Disabled
* Economic Manipulation - Enabled
* Great Britain and France start at War - Enabled
* Leader Casualties - Enabled
* Privateers - Enabled
* PBEM Quick Combat - Disabled
House rules
* Pre-Existing Wars - Choose at will any other pre-existing wars when you make your bid selection.
* Ships cannot move past Constantinople unless given premission by the Major Power controlling
Constantinople or due to Forceable Access - It is a bug Fix, so do not do it without asking the
Turks
