I have bought numerous games and buy digital or digital with hard copy, I just bought advanced tactics but I cant seem to get a link to download it

please advise

ok it just updated but now it says this

Downloadable Fulfilled

but I havent downloaded anything yet nor if I go to memebers and log in do I have a link to download

please advise, nothing by email either

If you go to www.findmyorder.com, you should be able to retrieve a download link with your order information. If that fails, please contact support@matrixgames.com.

ok, actually I clicked on the redownload button and it worked now or it is downloadking thanks for such a quick respone :)

only problem is I got no key to install it

If someone from matrix could send me the key tonight so I can play I have it downloaded and have never had this issue before, I have downloaded and bought about 6 games from you foks on the past, I was hoping to play tonight and take it with me on the road on my laptop tomorrow morning
