How can I tell how many Power Points my HQ has?

Watch the level of combat bonus your staff has.

As your HQ becomes responsible for more and more units, they get stretched pretty thin, and their bonus diminishes.

You have to determine what level of staffing you wish to have---and pay for!

Consider also upgrading your staff to level 2 or higher...you get the benefit of better combat bonuses with fewer staffers.

See image below. Note that the HQ for the selected unit only has 66% of the staff needed to fully support all of the unit under his command. Adding staff to the HQ unit will increase this amount to 100% (I usually try for 120-130%). This will insure that the HQ will provide maximum bonus to units within range.

And if you keep your mouse hovering over the "66%" more information about actual combat and morale bonus will appear in the mouse over text window.
