Where is the range of artillery shown and is its effectiveness diminished by distance?

Click on the subformation within your unit, and you'll see details about the equipment. ArtRange should be in the upper left corner of the statistics display. The only attenuation that I'm aware of is if it's past the range, then the attenuation is 100%...[:D]
