I'm interested in buying Carriers at war. Having already purchased several games from Matrix I already have an account. However, I couldn't seem to log in and assumed I may have been using the wrong password.
I used the 'forgotten password' facility but never received an e-mail. A few other people seemed to have the same problem. This was before Xmas and so I just decided to try ordering the game later when I assumed the problem would be fixed. But It still doesn't seem to be working.
How can I get back into my accout?
