After playing over 1,000 games I had the first game end on a wild pitch. But after the winning run scored the game did not end - the pitcher had to retire the batter at the plate before the game wrapped up. The losing pitcher was credited with a complete inning pitched. This does not happen if the deciding run scores on a hit or a bases-loaded walk, so the wild-pitch ending is a very rare event that needs to be fixed.
