Im not sure if this is a bug, or game feature.

If a MP gaining control of a minor-country is not at war with the MP who dow's it.

The controlling MPs-depots are safe. So the minors corps often able to be in supply i guess.

This is a strange thing that can be argued I guess

Rules say ur allowed to place depots to supply a minor you get control of due to a DOW. It would in my oppinion be resonable to asume that the depot is fair game for the aggressor even if not formaly at war with the controling power. Otherwise placement of "neutral" depots in for example northern sweden or egypt could make it impossible for the attacker to even place a depot to support his troops (only one depot allowed per area)
