The AI needs to factor fleet protection a little higher.. France setup stacks fleet in one port with 1 Inf Garrison, England first turn can land one corp and oust entire fleet into blockading British fleet and its game over for the entire French fleet. This seems to be the standard French setup. Will the game add other setup files for the Countries, or can it enhance the strategy aspect to take this into consideration. Also noticed on different game, Entire British fleet blockaded St Petersburg prior to winter, after winter never left for rest of game (even when Prussian navy YES< PRUSSIAN) Landed and besieged London.
