Breeze -> Calling timeouts (4/16/2008 5:04:02 AM)

Already a couple of times since I started playing the new version, I've gone to try to pass to the Y receiver, gotten sacked right before I could throw the ball, and wound up calling a timeout instead with the Y button.

This isn't a bug, it's just an annoyance. But something should be done here to help avoid accidentally calling a timeout (especially if you're playing Canadian rules).

 I have the same problem. I would like it if you called a time out with the back key and paused with the start key. It would be nice if it were in the next patch.

One has to be careful not to make changes that are for features listed in the printed manual.

It would be nice if there was a prompt for the time out.

Would you like to call a time out?

Yes ... No

That would work.  I didn't really have an answer to the problem when I posted it, I just wanted to get it out there.

My son played Maximum-Football on Sunday.  He called two time outs in the first three plays of the game.

There really needs to be a prompt.

I called two time outs in a row in american football. Do you remember the Redskins game they lost because of that.
