Someone came into the UV forums and asked what tools he needed. There aren't any except spreadsheets, but I just saw the WITP tracker and I assume that is what he ment.

Can anyone explain to me what that and others are used for? It didn't really say. What are the best ones?

I use Boddhi's Witp Utility (http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=804557) and Woos Witp Decoder (http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=1655729), both are excellent tools. Boddhi's Utility collects data from combat, ops and intelligence reports, while Woos Decoder digs deep into the save game files, guts open the game and shows you not only what it has eaten, but also when, where and did it burb afterwards.

Also don't forget to look at a new tool WitpTracker, it also uses the savegame file to provide a lot of detail for both Allies and Japanese players ...
