pndrev -> Fascinating game! (5/10/2008 1:17:01 PM) I bought this game on a whim, and so far I'm not regretting it! Most fascinating for me is the ease of scenario creation: Randomise a map, the edit it to add a bit of flavour. All done in a matter of minutes. The concept of units and having control over their exact composition is also a fresh idea that I like. All in all, the perfect middle ground between World At War (Axis and Allies on steroids) and War in the Pacific (Hardcore simulations). And as far as I can see on these boards, it's still fairly active. :)

It may look quite simple at the beginning, but once you get into it... awesome. Mods and scenarios are plenty, promising a zillion hours of gameplay, well worth the € I paid for it. Did you already check out the scenario depot? Cpt Crufts scenario to just name one... and there are many others very worthwhile. Have fun.
