my eia game that i host is looking for a replacement russia...we are a relaxed game (do your turn in 1-3 days)...moving slowly....let me know if you are interested - probably prefer U.S. player but am flexible...
key points about game...
its diplomacy phase sept. 1805
russia is allied with prussia and austria in war with france - france is in bad shape...went down all the way to fiasco zone, has lost almost every minor, but france fights on
Has alliance with Turkey, they seem to have a non-aggression pact
Russia has good relations with GB - they swapped sweden (to GB) for Denmark (to Russia) and a quarterly payment - GB has been regularly supporting it financially above and beyond that mininum as well
overall, russia is in pretty good shape (its at 25PP I believe), though it lost a chunk of its navy, it really has no enemies other than france and has not really lost any land forces to date at all - prussia and austria have done most of the fighting with france...
The old russia sort of tuned out for awhile before dropping , a new russian player could do alot more if they wanted to...
