undercovergeek -> emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 3:04:24 PM)

im sure there are some, including me who have seen the perfect plan in an AAR - im not saying which because i plan on unleashing it in my first PBEM of AE - but will these tactics still be able to be carried forward in AE?

i understand that times from a to b will change but is the oob still pretty much the same, as in "pick up the 1, 2, 3 division from A and take them to B" will they still be there in AE

I don't understand your question?[&:]

undercovergeek -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 4:59:09 PM)

no neither did i after i posted it.

if you read a random aar and it says for example "for this operation i used 30th division based at singapore and then loaded 5th division at saipan" are the armies still where they were in old stock - is the 30th still at singapore or have locations and armies been updated some.

The nature of my question is if i read an AAR that is successful and think yup thats what i want to do and send my APs to singapore in AE - will the 30th be there?

Or simply put - are all the army starting locations the same for AE - there you go - thats exactly what i meant to say - thankyou, im here all day!!!!

All OOB's (land, navy, air) have been thoroughly scrubbed and given their correct starting points. Along with a slew of new bases and pre-split units, that means that the closest answer to that question is "no".

undercovergeek -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 9:59:38 PM)

again thanks for efforts on my poorly worded questions!

You'll see it for yourself soon.

Charbroiled -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 10:03:56 PM)

Is that really soon, or just soon?[8D]

undercovergeek -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 10:06:51 PM)

hey - there are various degrees of soon - you cant come here with your 'soon' and not mention how soony it is!!!!!

and dammit ill have to do a proper first turn after all

Gem35 -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 10:45:03 PM)

well, the "soon" T may be referring to is not like a "soon" someone will be asking when AE will be out again.[;)]

Terminus -> RE: emmulating great AARs (6/5/2008 11:29:44 PM)

It's sooner than it was at this time yesterday...[;)]
