I guess there are no CD's available for shipment, anybody know how many weeks/months it will be? I thought releases/CD's were going to be handled better...

From what state do they ship?

They ship out from Minneapolis, Minnesota (for the US warehouse). The UK warehouse will not be shipping until later next week.

As far as I know, orders started shipping out today as planned. If you e-mail me your specific order number I can make sure it shipped out.

Darnit, I knew I should have gone ahead on physical and digital on WitP [for the printed manual]. Now I know better on this title (hope to get the $$$ soon). Say, if I LIVE in the Twin Cities is it possible to pick it up myself and save the 10$ shipping :P
