Ive just upgraded from version 4.0 to 4.1, but when I start off into the menu screen it still shows as 4.0. Is this normal, how can I confirm if the patch loaded OK, the save games dont seem to have been effected although I havnt got around to continuing them yet. Is the a read me of the version 4.1 changes anywhere, I take it Im supposed to laod into the main spwaw folder?

It should read version 4.1 on the bottom of the screen on the scenario list. If it doesn't maybe you should download again.

yip I rebooted all right nut still version 4.0, the zip file is 30,801 kb, did I get everything, godzilla stated it was 100% complete

Did you install it into the correct directory?

if you have a folder in your SPWAW folder named Steel Panthers World at War, then you nested the patch, delete that nested folder, and reinstall, this time makes sure when it request the dest folder you dont have a nested folder.

You didn't get the whole file - mine says it is 31,539,507 bytes. Interesting that you didn't get the complete file with a download program - sounds like you'll have to DL it again. Don

31,539,507 bytes = 30,801 kb (rounded up)as there are 1024 bytes in a kb, not 1000. You've got the whole thing, just check your path when installing ------------------ Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus
