Is there any way to move the popup windows around? It's rather annoying when you're, for example, trying to offer a system to someone, and the system's blocked by the comms window. I've figured out the magic combination of keystrokes to dismiss the window, select the system, get the comms window back with the system still selected, but it's awfully awkward.
