Hey there! I'm (as always) playing the CSA (with the subcommader rule on) and have two important questions:

1.) One is the Theatre Commander Appointment - who to promote? What are the best ratings that would make a good TC? I'm really at a loss here for I have no clue who to promote in the West, so maybe one of you gentlemen can explain to me what I have to look out for.

2.) And what are Administrative Leaders here for (I mean appart from the useful "Engineering leaders")?

There is a discussion going about CSA TC's in the War Room. All high rated admin leaders are good for building forts and depots, not just the engineers.
