GNDN -> The AI works in mysterious ways... (7/4/2008 12:01:49 AM)

Just for a chuckle and submitted for your approval. The Mets at Dodgers, a hot August night. The Mets up by two in the home seventh. Rafael Furcal leads off with a single. Fearing his speed, the Mets wisely call for a pitch-out. What happens next can only happen in the Puresim zone..... ....the count goes full. Furcal attempts to steal and the METS PITCH-OUT. It gets better - I threw him out! Than the count resets and the batter flew out. I knew the stealing/count logic was in need of tweaking and this was easily the funniest example I came across. I just had to post it. As for the game, LA lost by one. Tough break, eh?
