I've decided to put all my files on a free media host for larger access, but I've uploaded it on GS as well [8D]

Got any plans for 'the rest of your life'? This series has been phenomenal! One hopes that what ever you do after it gets the same attention !

Menschenfresser -> RE: Vietnam Combat Operations: Volume 7 (7/27/2008 2:34:08 PM)

You know those things you really want to do, but just can't find the time because they are so huge? I have this really short list of things I'll do when either A) I become filthy stinking rich, or B) I retire, or C) become one of the undead. So far it includes:

1) Read all of Dickens' novels
2) Play all of Boonierat's Vietnam scenarios.

Nice one mate. Keep 'em coming.

Basically my list is the same as Zac's, except my ABC states have to do with:
A) I've finished my committed playtests....
B) My internet conection goes south permanently...
C) My interests truely turn to the Nam.......

At which point I'm gonna play from the start (again) and see if I can do better, eh?

The only thing I truely wish for concerning this series, would be that 'doing well' would transfer down the line, heh heh!

"Volumes 22-24 should cover the 3rd Indochina War but I'm not sure I'll have enough material to do them yet. "

Good luck with this, Stephane', tho I'm sorta leaning towards the idea that 'China' won't be opening thier files until long after it's too late to be interesting, eh?

Major SNAFU_M -> RE: Vietnam Combat Operations: Volume 7 (8/1/2008 8:25:23 PM)

Great stuff.  Can't wait to free up some time to play.

Panama Red -> RE: Vietnam Combat Operations: Volume 7 (8/3/2008 4:49:21 PM)

Would you ever be able to do this same treatment to the first Indochina War (since there should be a lot of information out there for that endover) ???

Afraid not. My knowledge of the 1st Indochina War is very limited compared to the 2nd and even 3rd, and so is my interest. Besides, provided I would keep the same scale, the map would be truly gigantic [X(]
