Lost my SN for Battles in Normandy

I wrote the Matrix contact email a few weeks ago but got no answer.

Who do I need to ask for help?

You can also go to findmyorder.com and put in the last 5 digits of the card you used to purchase the game, plus the email address and it will list all the titles you have purchased with that combination. You can get the SN and re-download the files from there.
