How long does it take to get a response from support? Is a month typical? Is there an email contact or is the ticketing system the only way to contact support?

Matrix is great on support and your instance is really not typical at all.

For official support, please contact us at support@matrixgames.com. 24 hours is the typical response time, with 48-72 hours possible on weekends/holidays or when were at conventions, which is not that often.

I'm still waiting for a response from support on a game I purchased(WPO). I was asked to provide my adress and email and then would receive a link to re-download the game. It's been over a week now and I'm still waiting. In the meantime, i handed out some very private information and wonder what was done with it. [&:]

A nice new mustang. Which I promptly crashed at 10 miles an hour. Did great at 90 though!
