You did send that mail to support@matrixgames.com - right ?

If that doesn't help send a PM to Erik Rutins

This is not an official support forum as is noted on top of this forum

Lützow -> RE: cookies (8/8/2008 2:51:00 PM)

Already tried to access your game via the order status page ?

I did run into same problem some time ago and that solved it for me.

KO -> RE: cookies (8/8/2008 3:14:22 PM)

Yep. No key number there as well. Still waiting to hear back from the Matrix staff. I have ordered many times before and never had any problems, so one glitch is not so bad[;)]

Erik Rutins -> RE: cookies (8/8/2008 5:32:36 PM)

KO,

I replied to you with your serial number, the issue in your case was a store glitch.

Gem35,

Can you please e-mail me directly at erikr@matrixgames.com? Send me your personal information and I'll try to look you up in the store database.

Regards,

- Erik

I got the same error message when using the link from STORE FAQS, but when going through order status, all was fine.

Thanks for your concern sterckxe,[:)]
Yes I emailed matrix support and I understand this is not an official support forum, just trying to send a good "salvo" if you will and get as much exposure as I can.
I see it worked as Erik has responded.
Thank you very much Erik.[&o]
