There was mention of the ability to change the nations counter colors with the new patch, but I can't find this in the documentation. How do I do this?

You can change colors on scenario basis, ad example you must open the file World War 2 Road to Victory\data\scenarios\EUROPE 1939\countries.csv, read here: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/fb.asp?m=1876133
