A tutorial covering the creation of Areas of Operations in the Editor has been created for the benefit of scenario creators. You can find it here:

I went to the site and it is black lettering against a dark blue background. I can't read that, but it must be somewhat difficult for most readers. Why is this becoming commonplace at websites?
