Why is the FTP download asking for a UserID & Password?

Why isn't this in the members download area or under registered game area?

I just did a quick check and it downloaded ok for me without asking for a password. The server could have been bogged down. I would also try the AT True Update in your start menu if you’re still having problems.

I get a dns error when I click on the download link for the patch
