How can you mod the start up default for more money, conscripts etc for the CSA...just the intial startup everything else wouldbe default.....

Not very easily. Clovis has done it however.

Sorry if I was not able to give you much to go on... I haven't even attempted to do so myself after a year of fixing other inconsistencies in the game.

I don't suggest you to change anything from the vanilla version, Barker...you would definitely end up screwing balance or stability or both as it's a very very complex thing.

Clovis has done that and much more. I suggest you to try his SVF mod: http://www.ageod.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8988
Lately built with installer it's a definite must. [8D]

it is not so much screwing it up....i play the game solitary, so i want to tailor to my gaming style is all....besides all i have to do is reinstall
