There are two ways you can do it...depending on how much you know about using the editor. The first way is to place a tree (the smallest is best) tile on the map and then use the heavy shell tile to create smoke and flames. Then drop a house tile on top of that and use light shell damage tile to give the house some damage features. The second is to go into the SPmap editor utility after you create the map and edit the values of the target hex.
