I can't seem to locate a "Save"' folder and need to know how do I delete old battles and campaigns.

I'm not sure about battle and campaign saves.  For PBEM games, the saved files do not go into a "Save" folder but are in the main "West Front," "East Front," or "Rising Sun" folder.  I know the PBEM file name and delete it when the game is over.  I suspect the battle and campaign saves are stored in the main "West Front," "East Front," or "Rising Sun" folder as well.  I vaguely recall a delete option in the campaign screen when choosing a campaign.

Campaigns you can delete from the Campaign Menu

Battles you have to delete in the game folder itself. The files you wish to delete are called BTL files. Sort by type, and delete the files you wish to remove.

Also find .BTE files which are saved PBEM files.
