In a prior thread, I cannot get the game to work with the AI assaulting me in a random generated battle with a beach landing...is this correct?

Also, if I set up any kind of assault where the AI assaults me, i.e. a battle I set up, does it work?

I seem to remember assaults working for the AI in the long campaign, but maybe I am incorrect.

I need to know for sure if my game is hosed or it is just a limitation of the AI.

The computer is not very good at advancing or assaulting.

Thanks, V, but I know the AI is kinda weak, but CAN it be done, or is it impossible, i.e. the game goes wonky like mine does and exhibits non-functional behavior?  Again, I just want to make sure my version is not bugged somehow, so I can start a long campaign and not worry about something really wrong with my install destroying my fun.  [;)][:D][8D]

I cannot get the AI to assault a beach either.
must be a bug or something or the AI isnt smart enough
