According to the manual I can edit the unit_eng.txt file. What about the unit.txt file next to it? Does that need to be edited to? If not then what is the purpose of the file? For instance if I want to reduce the oil consumption of units, how would I do that? Would I reduce it in the unit_eng.txt file or in both files?

The ones with _eng is only for the language strings, if you want to edit values you should edit the unit.txt.

hello new to this so bear with me i have a question on editing ok when you edit let say price of stuff tanks,planes ect. is there a way to edit just yours because i notice if im playing germans when i edit it edits the others also so british and americans and so on have same if i only wanted to edit german stuff how can i do just them plz any info thanks and i have the updated version 1.12 i more quick question on the subject in the text stuff there is english,german french and so forth if i change it in there will that do it just curious thanks
