Do I need to escort my transports in the Atlantic naval box? Or just leave them with evade orders and have Naval surface vessels hunt raiders? Thanks Guys

CSA raider threat out of the shipping box is really nihil. Evade combat is perfect, focus your combat naval units on blockade and shipping box.
