When I disbanded troops, it did not seem to increase the number of available trained troops. THis would seem reasonable since these are soldiers that are send back home.

Should disbanded troops increase the overall number of available troops in the pool? According to the manual, disbanded troops are removed from the game. It makes no mention that they are added to the pool.
