Currently the best way to get the graphics is to download the last version that TWeber, the creator of WaW posted.
To do so, go to Scenario Bank, log in, and download WaW v33 (which is really 33d).
This version has a serious ship building bug in it, where ships hulls do strange things and some regimes cannot build carriers at all.
After getting the graphics from Tom's latest version, you can download my Tweaked version, 34b, which is just a .pt2 file. Check out its changes in the post in AT Mods forum http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=1953417 to see if you like them.
I'm working on another version which I hope will be even better and I will have 3 new graphics files, one for coastal artillery, a new graphic for carrier air (which currently looks like dive bombers), and a new land based torpedo bomber, as well as eliminating the ship hull system, which nobody seems to have been able to work just right yet.
