I think neutral reactions towards a German invasion of Belgium should be toned down a little or at least that German violation of Dutch neutrality and Entente violation of Belgian/Dutch neutrality should be scaled up.
It does not seem logical or balanced that the political repercussions are the same for both sides against either of the two neutrals.
Similarly perhaps American starting diplomacy towards entering the war should be delayed a few turns? I mean it would make sense that pursuing a historic path would make America enter at approximately the historic point which seems not to be the case now. They frequently enter 3 - 6 turns earlier than that.
