Cv's have to be at sea to provide cap over a port in that hex right? If they dock the planes don't fly, unless you actually transfer them to the airport?[sm=comp16.gif]

Correct. CVs in a base hex still only fly 1/2 their airgroups however - I think they attribute this to the fact that the TF doesnt have a full hex to operate in.
