So, I finally fully upgraded to the ltest WAW version along with Enhanced and I must say that I am highly impressed and pleased with the changes! However, I do have a couple of questions regarding the new ToE's for British mid-1940 weapons in the desert.

1. British infantry companies are equipped with 3 .55 Boys ATR treams per company. In play, I have found these simply massacre Italian armour and vehicles with impunity. Granted that the AI usually takes nothing stronger than L3/33 recon tanks, but the Italian armour simply cannot advance against my infantry and their ATR's without heavy losses - if not complete annihilation. Historically, did the Italians suffer such an armour loss against the British in North Africa?

The Italian armor in NA was in essence...junk. Hence the Afrika Korp being sent to help...not the main reason they were sent but it contributed

2. British infantry sections are equipped with bayonets that can attack enemy units in an adjacent hex? I an confused by this as I would think that bayonets could only be used in the same hex and would not have a "range" of 1 hex.

same would then hold true for Grenades, knifes, Molotovs, AT mines, satchel charges, and many other weapons, sometimes you have to think 'outside the hex'....like they are both right next to each other at Hex edge or some such....remember reality does not always hold true in game terms

All in all, I am very happy that I upgraded to Enhanced - I have been very busy with running my store with the holiday season and all, and so I have not had alot of time to play. I have mainly trying out the new version to learn more about it before taking on an entire campaign once again.
