JD Walter -> Help w/Members Club (11/27/2008 4:49:16 PM)

Gentlemen,

Some time ago (a few years at least) I signed up with the Matrix Members Club to receive patches, etc. on the titles I had purchased. It has been some time since I've used the service.

Recently, I wanted to download a beta patch for C:EAW and check out the improvements to the game.

But I encountered the following problem:

1. When logging in, I receive an error message and am informed my password is wrong. (This is incorrect; my password has never changed, and still works fine for entering the forums.)

2. When requesting an e-mail message via the "Forgot Password" option, I receive an error message and am informed there is no such e-mail address on file as the one I entered. (This also is incorrect; my e-mail address remains the same as when I originally registered for the club, and still works fine for receiving correspondence from friends on the forums.)

3. When attempting to re-register, I receive an error message and am told my user-name (Def Zep) is currently in effect.

It seems the Club has my original registration on file somewhere, but has lost either my password or my e-mail address, or both, and thus I can't log-in.

Is there some way this can be corrected, and I can begin using the Members Club again?

Thank you! :)
