When you Raze a city you get the message you can not use it as a supply source.

I think this is not working, I set up a hot seat game to play both sides to set up an expermint;
Let Berlin be taken by French, and saild some british infantry to the Baltic coast.
Landed the British infantry, razed Berlin and left city.
British infantry takes razed Berlin.
Use french units to cut off supply from Russia or any other city to Berlin.
British infantry unit is in full supply, apperntly taking supply from Berlin as a Capital.

Now, according to the rules shouldn't happen, once Berlin is razed it should no longer be able to provide supply.

Now, I've noticed that cites rebuild but if a city can be a supply point after just repairing one point, is not in charater with the game, a City should be a supply point after being razed after it has re built to, if not full production- no more then 3/4 of it's previous full production. Other wise there is not as much benifit in Razing cities.

Also, even a fully razed city can be a transportation hub for waggoning, again for the sake of the play, a city should be exempt from use as a transportation hub for waggoning if razed, until it rebuilds quite a bit.

It takes several tuns for it to become a supply source again, how many turns did you let the city rebuild for?

One or two turns and the unit looked like it was in full supply the whole time. Seems kind of pointless to let a city become a supply sourse after being razed in just a couple of turns, it should be longer, something like 10 turns
