I am using notepad to edit the xml files and had no trouble modifying the action_cost.xml file so why can't I find what I am supposed to edit in persons.xml? It would be appreciated if someone posted the exact string I have to edit. Well it is over 200 NPC with 100 in strength so I guess it will be rather tedious to change with Notepad even if you find the right values. Anyway I have attached a little bug-fix that both reduces the strenght and lowers the BP cost of shooting so the mercs will stop passing out just by firing their guns and the enemies will stop throwing grenades like superhumans.
