I had high hopes for this game but after playing for 3 days now i refuse to play it until it is patched and the damage model is fixed or updated. On numerous occassions ive been shoot for upwords of 30 damage on my mercs, but in return do good to inflict 2-4 damage even with ap ammo. please let me know if theres something im doing wrong but until then this game will collect dust.

I agree, I have enemy soldiers kicking and punching my men who are wearing body armor & Helmet doing more damage than my shotgun at point blank against unarmored enemy, weapons would be more useful hitting the enemy over the head with them.
I mean, come on, If I have 6 guys in a room armed to the teeth firing shotguns, uzi's & rifles at a enemy soldier, the soldier is meat, not angry, these guys are supposed to be merc's, not librarians.
I'll be going back to FOF until this is fixed.
