Forgive me if it is ask several times.....[&o] I do like a old 4X game "Emperor of the Fading Suns" and I recalled a few years ago matrix intend to publish EOFS2 Does this project be total abandon now? Sorry again if it's odd enough

Yes, unfortunately that project is over and did not come to fruition.
