Will I be notified by email when my boxed copy of Hired Guns has been sent? Ken7

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/19/2008 9:01:55 PM)

Yes, you should receive a shipping notification. As far as I know, Hired Guns is shipping from both warehouses now.

flankspeed -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/20/2008 6:45:56 AM)

I saw it at Best Buy yesterday.
Fist matrix game I have seen at a major retailer.
Very cool!

Chris Bisson -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/20/2008 4:36:46 PM)

I got my boxed copy a few days ago

Ken7 -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/20/2008 5:09:46 PM)

Got my confirmation [;)] Thanks for the info...

animaluk -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/20/2008 5:15:52 PM)

where is my confirmation[;)]

VassagoPT -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/21/2008 3:00:30 AM)

Bought it on release day from Matrix UE store. Digital+Physical option.
It said that it was expected to be shipped on the 15th Dezember, but I'm still on "pending" status...
When will it be shipped?

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/21/2008 3:29:18 AM)

UK copies should have shipped out. Please e-mail me with your order numbers and I'll check with the warehouse on Monday morning.

animaluk -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/23/2008 9:46:53 AM)

E mailed you a few days ago you have not replied.

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/23/2008 2:46:48 PM)

I received your e-mail, forwarded it to the store for a check yesterday, I did not receive a reply yesterday but expect one today.

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/24/2008 12:22:35 PM)

Still waiting... expect an answer today. The holidays seem to be playing havoc with getting the right people to answer as far as back-order tracking.

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (12/25/2008 1:13:36 PM)

Sorry everyone, I've been working with them and the problem appears to be that the second shipment of stock, which the shipping company shows as being received by the UK warehouse, has not actually been received there. This is why shipments apparently stopped again a few days after they started once they used up the initial stock.

I was working with them and the shipping company yesterday to find out where that second shipment ended up, since it was shown as delivered on the tracking but no one could give me a conclusive answer by the end of the day. Of course, now everyone is out for Christmas so I'm hoping we'll have it sorted out tomorrow. The worst case scenario is a shipment that is totally gone and we would then need to send a new shipment from our US warehouse. I apologize for this, we did everything we could on this end to make sure that everyone would have their boxed copies before Christmas, but it appears that Murphy's law kicked in again.

I'll continue to work on this and post here as soon as I have a resolution.

Regards,

- Erik

Any update please

Paranoid Jack -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/4/2009 6:40:33 AM)

I can't tell if my order has shipped either. The page says Shippable and I get a shipping code that is a dead link. No tracking page opens. I've tried it repeatedly for several days now.

Can anyone tell me if Order# 142399828 has shipped. It should have been here by now since standard shipping takes three to five days. At least it did when I worked for the USPS.

I'm playing the digital download but would like to know if the boxed version is on it's way. Or if not when I might expect it. Thanks.

Sincerely,
Paranoid

VassagoPT -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/5/2009 7:57:50 PM)

Erik, I emailed you my order number before Xmas as requested.
So far i'm still on backorder with shipping pending.
I bought the game from the EU store early on release day, can't understand why I'm still on backorder after so long...

animaluk -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/9/2009 9:23:29 PM)

Any update its now jan 9th 2009[:@]

Paranoid Jack -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/10/2009 2:04:57 AM)

I finally got my box the other day. Not sure where the hold up was but it's no biggie. I have the Digital Download version I'm playing.

Hope the rest of you have a happy ending...  sooner rather than later.  [:)]

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/10/2009 2:59:48 AM)

Sorry guys, this is driving us crazy too. The latest news is that even though the second shipment shows as being delivered at the warehouse, no one there has it or remembers it. At this point, we're going to have to assume that it was somehow lost and seek recompense. In the meantime, we've boxed up part of our US stock and that's on the way to the UK warehouse now by air, which should mean that remaining UK back-orders will ship out next week.

Apologies again, this is the first time we've seen something like this happen in all our releases.

Regards,

- Erik

Ken7 -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/13/2009 2:33:10 PM)

Im still waiting for my boxed copy of the game... Anyone else still waiting? Its been almost a month since I purchased the digital portion of the game. Im in Canada..I know its damn cold here but the dogsled should have gotten through by now .. Should I contact sargeant Preston of the Royal Mounted ? Or is 4 to 6 weeks the waiting time. Just wondering..

zhanga -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/14/2009 4:41:23 AM)

I'm in Australia. I bought the game on the 1st day of its release via digital download & boxed copy.

No boxed copy has arrived yet. Not too fussed as I'm playing the downloaded version, but it'd be nice if it turns up.

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/14/2009 2:54:33 PM)

The replacement stock we sent from the US should have arrived yesterday. I'm confirming today to make sure they've got it and that orders will start shipping out again.

animaluk -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/14/2009 3:17:47 PM)

will i get a confirmation please

Ken7 -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/15/2009 4:09:39 PM)

I got it ... I got it.. [;)][:D]  Boxed copy is sitting in front of me now.  just warming up cuz its -37 outside.   poor lil bugger.

VassagoPT -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/16/2009 4:22:28 PM)

Order Status: Backordered
Purchase Date:
04-DEC-08

How come my copy hasn't been shipped yet?
Erik already sent you an email with my order number when you asked, please sort this out. I think 1 month and a half is more than enough to ship an item...

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/16/2009 4:38:19 PM)

I spoke with DR yesterday, apparently the replacement stock was held up at the airport for a day (very unusual) and should be in the UK warehouse today. I will confirm later today that back-orders are shipping.

Allow me to apologize again for the delays on this. If the previous shipment to the warehouse hadn't actually been _lost_ in transit, we would have had all back-orders filled a while ago.

Regards,

- Erik

animaluk -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/20/2009 2:21:23 PM)

still waiting[&:]

Erik Rutins -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/20/2009 7:27:49 PM)

All back-orders from our UK warehouse have shipped out as of today. I would expect everyone who's still waiting for a copy to receive them this week if your order was placed through the UK warehouse (if you chose postal service to say Singapore or Australia it may take a little longer).

Regards,

- Erik

Mobeer -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (1/24/2009 12:28:47 AM)

The good news is the orders are definitely shipping as I have received my copy. [:)]

The bad news is that either my CD 1 or CD 2 is faulty, so I have contacted Digital River for replacements. [:@]

milkweg -> RE: Boxed copy of Hired Guns (2/11/2009 10:46:01 AM)

They released Starshatter:TGS to retail to stores too. God only knows why though because the game is still not ready for prime time.
