JohnRamboPT -> What can we do to play with all the 18 available Mercs ? (12/22/2008 1:49:03 PM)

Hi,
My question is this:
I started the game and wanted to see how to play with all the 18 available mercs we can hire, after getting a lot of money :P, i managed to hire 18 mercs, then i got the squad bugs and all my squads dissapeared, after that i had to dismiss all my squad members and hire again them, but now i could only hire the maximum of 13 members, couldn't maximize to the 18, and i am allready on DAY 31 and on final mission the Assault on the Dictator's Palace :P, i tryed to wait a lot in days to see if i could hire more ppl, but no, never happend, what can i do to hire them again ?, or what files can i edit ingame to make them hired available ?, all they say is NO i dont want to work with you :P
