as britain i am trying to attack the french in a port and the minor navies are not coming with my fleet. i can get them to attack by clicking on them and ordering them to attack but then the british fleet sits in the blockade box and does nothing.

This sounds like the same bug I reported as Mantis #308. Marshall has it listed as fixed in 1.05; I'm still using 1.04, so I can't confirm. Are you also on 1.04, or does the bug persist in 1.05?

Try clicking on the minors first then click stack movement and the Brits should come along with you

This works for regular movement, but in at least some situations (perhaps always, I'm not sure) it won't work for port raids. But Marshall says it's fixed for 1.05, so maybe moot....

I've also run into a situation against the AI in which I've blockaded London with the Dutch fleet (I wanted to see if the AI would attack it), but the Brit fleet just moves in and out of port freely as if the Dutch weren't there. I keep meaning to check Mantis to see if this has already been reported.

This should be fixed in 1.05.00 and in the current BETA
