Just ordered my copy :)
Lots of PacWar'ers here. Played PTO2, but really got miffed when the AI kept sending in every ship they had against an objective, even when their entire fleet is destroyed in the process. I hate winning WW2 in a month...

Hi Morphin

Give me you full mailing address in an email to davidh@matrixgames.com and I will look into this. We are now getting 50% off all international shipping via UPS. the USPS was not prioty and it must be by the terms of our Bank that take our Credit Cards. All orders must ship and can be tracked with a tracking number.

Once you give me your address information I will double check.

David

LoL
agree, great game, bad AI, got so good playing even creamed allied AI in 45 scenario.
Mostly played hot-seat against my brother, liked PTO series because it also let you design your own ships, and do research, really made a difference once you had those carrier borne jet fighters and bombers, also used to convert CVLs into rocket carriers for base bombardment assaults.

Just thought I'd say I've bought mine too.

brisd -> now I've done it (5/3/2002 3:32:47 AM)

Well, I got the shipping address to post correctly so I took a small leap of faith and preordered. It was only a small leap of faith due to the SUPERB resumes of the 2by3 Company and Matrix's apparent commitment to wargaming. Hope to be blasting away by Memorial Day :cool:

AlvinS -> (5/3/2002 4:24:56 AM)

I just ordered mine.:D If only UPS could go forward in time, get the CD and bring it tomorrow.

Supervisor -> (5/3/2002 4:28:36 AM)

You'd only end up getting a CD that was broke in 3 places. :D :D :D

victor semensi -> (5/3/2002 4:54:14 AM)

Got my order in today, order #MTX54084. I want that # here in case I loose the several pieces of paper I've written it on.

This will finally get me to take the Combat Mission cd out of my computer.

Ron Saueracker -> good idea vic (5/3/2002 5:34:16 AM)

My order # is MTX53953.:D

gmkelm -> (5/3/2002 6:40:20 AM)

I ordered my copy this morning - thank you to Matrix for their continuing support of computer wargaming!

Raskal67 -> Chips and Bits (5/3/2002 8:22:10 AM)

I am curious about pre orders with third party suppliers. I pre ordered on Chips and Bits about two weeks ago for $49.95 and around $27 for priority next day shipping. Obviously money is not the issue here but will individuals who did as I did recieve the $44.95 or $49.95 price and will C&B ship at the same time as Matrix orders earlier or later. I ask these questions because I would like to think pre ordering ASAP would create a benefit for the orderer not a penalty.:confused:

David Heath -> (5/3/2002 11:34:52 AM)

Our preorder price was something just from us. In fact I think every release we have we giving a special break for a very limited time. Chips and Bits and our other dealers will get the game on the same day or next day when we get them.

Mojo -> (5/3/2002 11:53:36 AM)

So David are you pleased with preorders so far?

Hi Guys

First of all you can acess the store by clicking on MY ORDER STATUS otherwise it is impossible at this time. Due to UV fans?

Secondly I just made my second pre-order for UV right here at Matrix ( the other at C&B ages ago). I might as well give one to my brother and support wargaming and Matrix Games at the same time. It will only take 2 days with UPS to Sweden!!!!!!!!:)

My co-workers and the kids I take care of thought I was really strange today because I smailed all day long:D

I hope to game against you guys over the summer.

Although I did not try it, the Matrix store takes PayPal it looks like, assuming it's available in Sweden (not sure PayPal is available in every country yet). You still need a bank account for that though. :)

Adnan Meshuggi -> (5/4/2002 8:17:48 PM)
