Well I have ´4 Groups of Helens Refusing to depart on a mission.
Base has 10+ Thousends Supplies more then needed, 2 Good Air Hq's they have Zero's as Escort, and a ton of Recon Missions over enamy target...
Very Good air Leders with good Inspiration and Air Skill... and so has the 2 Air HQ's at the base they are at... The Helens has also 99 Morale and 0 Feutege and 80+ experience
But still, when weather is good they refuse to depart for the mission...
I's it a Bugg or is there something not right some where..
