Formation Editor [F4] for Aircraft Groups (Full Version)

I found out something strange when I tried to detach units from a Aircraft formation [AG]
After push F4, the message "Can't edit the formation for Aircraft Groups!"

This means that the formation editor for an AG, available in H3, does not work within ANW.

The only way to detach single units from an AG is to click on an enemy unit, then push F6 and choose the aircraft for intercept.
There must be a more simple way to detach single units from a group.

Any ideas?

IIRC, the ability to use the formation editor with Air Groups was disabled in ANW to prevent another bug (Aircraft teleportation).

If you want to detach individual planes from an air group, got to Unit Display, select the plane you wish to detach, and then hit the 'd' hotkey in ANW. H3 used the U - unassign hotkey.
