Ashtar -> Unable to commit guard in 1.5.04 -Is this a known bug? (3/18/2009 4:23:07 PM) I just discovered in the worst moment ever (a big crucial battle in Paris with ~ 150 factors involved per side) that I cannot commit the Prussian guard (I am GB, leading a coalition against France, Prussian Guard has been loaned to GB under Wellington command). We are playing a loong pbm game with an official patches only policy, so that we are still running 1.05.04, is that a known bug?

Then I thought I saw it again in 1.05.05, but it was pointed out to me that, having installed a new version, guard commitment, which is an option, is automatically turned off. So all I had to do was turn it back on. Since I was already at 1.05.05, I wasn't able to check whether that would in fact have solved the problem in 1.05.04 also, or whether that was really a bug.

DCWhitworth -> RE: Unable to commit guard in 1.5.04 -Is this a known bug? (3/18/2009 6:59:44 PM) Check Mantis Issue 276. I encountered a weird issue with multiple guard corps being present, this is probably related. It's listed as fixed in 1.06 (albeit by limiting which guard can be committed).
