How do you calculate the maximum # of PP's that raiders can deplete the Union? My read is that after 3 raiders get 1 PP each, further success only destroy or capture supplies, but no further PP's are reduced for a total 3/turn? Am I reading that right? [&:]

I would have sworn I have lost 5 or more PP a turn as the Union to CSA raiders, but I admit I could have just been so upset that 5+ raiders hit shipping that I was too cross to check how many PP I lost.

You are correct. The maximum number of Union PP lost per turn to CSA raiders is 3.

Per manual 12.6:
The Union player loses one Political Point per successful raider up to a maximum of three political points for three or more raiders per turn).
